When submitting an article to The Future Technologies, there are a few guidelines to follow. We’ve organized these into “Do’s” and “Don’ts” lists. Please make sure to follow these rules for a smooth submission process.

DO’s

  • The article should be at least 1,000 words long and must be completely original.
  • You can include up to two links in your article—one to homepage and another to an internal page.
  •  The content should be well-organized with clear subheadings and a logical structure.
  • Images should be 800 x 400 pixels in size and must have proper copyright permissions.
  • We’d use Grammarly to check your content and ensure it’s free of grammar errors.
  • Ensure that your post aligns with one of the specified categories.
  • When writing an article, make sure to do a lot of research and mention your sources.

DON’Ts

  • Please avoid submitting content that has already been published elsewhere. Before sending us your work, make sure to check it for plagiarism using a reliable tool.
  • Please ensure your article is educational and informative rather than promotional. Avoid using it as a way to advertise your business or services.
  • We only accept content written by humans, not generated by AI. Your submission must be well-researched and original to be considered for publication.

Requirements to send:

  • Title and Body: Submit the title and body of your article in a Word document.
  • Meta Settings: Proper meta setting including meta title & description.
  • Size: Use high-quality images sized at 800 x 400 pixels.
  • Copyright: Ensure the images have proper copyright permissions or are royalty-free.
  • Limit: Include only 1 link in the body of your article.
  • Your links to social media.

Key Note – Procedure & Terms

  • Once we receive your article, our quality assurance team will review it for plagiarism, tone, and overall quality. If it meets our standards, we’ll proceed with the next steps. If any changes are needed, we’ll reach out to you.
  • Article will be sent to our editors if it fulfill the criteria.
  • Once the article is reviewed and approved by our quality team, it will be scheduled for publication. After it goes live, we’ll email you the published article link.
  • We will proceed with the keynote process once your payment is received.
  • Once your payment is confirmed, we will move forward with the keynote process.
